How Can I Pay?
Lincraft will accept the following payment methods - Mastercard, Visa, cheque or money order. All prices are in Australian dollars including GST.

Please place either a copy of your invoice or write your name and order number on the back of your cheque or money order.
What will it cost for delivery?
Lincraft will use Australia Post to deliver your goods. A delivery and handling fee of *$8.95 per order will be charged. *Conditions Apply
*Note: Delivery of larger items which do not comply with Australia Post’s specifications will be sent via Toll Ipec and incur a $20.00 delivery fee.
How long will it take to be delivered?
Your Lincraft order will be processed within 5 business days subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. Delivery is made by Australia Post and depending on where your item/s are to be delivered, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. View the Australia Post timetable.
Lincraft Online will endeavour to supply all orders placed via the Lincraft Online Store.
All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible that a supplier may notify us that a product is currently unavailable or no longer available. Upon receipt of this information from a supplier our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the cancellation and provide a refund for your order or delay of your order.
Please note that cut merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
What if I change my mind?
If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. This does not apply to cut merchandise.
Things you should know:
Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier, delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices do not include accessories. Reproduction of colours may not be accurate.
Your options for returning products are:
Call 1300 LINCRAFT to notify us that you will be returning the goods so that we can advise you of your nearest store address or verify the expected Australia Post charge to the Lincraft Store Support Centre. Mail your item within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging with proof of purchase to Lincraft Online, 60 Fulton Drive, Derrimut VIC 3030. Upon receipt of goods and inspection, the sale price less postage will be credited to your credit card. If you have simply changed your mind and the goods are not faulty, we can offer you an exchange, however you will incur an additional freight cost.
Simply return your product within 30 days of purchase with your proof of purchase to any Lincraft store. If the product is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will also refund the freight charges. If you have changed your mind, we can offer you an exchange, however you we will not refund the freight cost.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will also be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as we will need to get your credit card details as our system doesn’t retain them for your privacy and security.
