Payment Options
Lincraft accept the following payment methods - Mastercard, Visa, Personal Cheque or Money Order. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

What will it cost for delivery?

A delivery and handling fee of *$6.95 per order will be charged. *Conditions Apply

The majority of items on our site will attract a fixed delivery fee of $6.95 but the delivery of larger items which do not comply with Australia Post’s specifications will be sent via Toll Ipec and incur a $20.00 delivery fee.

How long will it take to be delivered?

Your Lincraft order will be processed within 5 business workings days subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. Delivery is made by Australia Post and depending on where your item/s are to be delivered, please allow up to 10 business working days for delivery. To view Australia post timetable click here.

If no one is present when Australia Post attempts to delivery, they will leave a calling card and make the consignment available for collection from a nearby Australia Post retail outlet. Please Note: A signature is required for all deliveries.

Lincraft will use it's best endeavours to supply all orders placed via the Lincraft Online Store.

All products are listed for sale in good faith, but it is possible that a supplier may notify us that a product is unavailable. Upon receipt of this information our online customer service team will contact you to let you know of the delay or cancellation and provide a refund for your order if necessary.

Cut Merchandise

Please note that cut merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty or misrepresented. Our "Change of Mind" policy does not apply to this type of merchandise.

If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, damaged, we will refund or exchange your goods but must be notified within 30 days of the purchase. If they are returned in a saleable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. This does not apply to cut merchandise.

Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods and is only available if proof of purchase is provided.

What if I change my mind?

If you have simply changed your mind, Lincraft may offer you a refund or exchange provided that the product is in as new condition and the refund or exchange is sought within a reasonable period of time. You will be responsible for returning the item to us at your cost and any refund will exclude the actual cost to us of dispatching the item to you when ordered.

Your options for returning products are:

Call 1300 730 140 to notify us that you will be returning the goods so that we can advise you of your nearest store address or verify the expected Australia Post charge to the Lincraft Store Support Centre. Mail your item within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging with proof of purchase to Lincraft Online, 60 Fulton Drive, Derrimut 3030.
Upon receipt of goods and inspection, the sale price less postage will be credited to your credit card.

OR


Simply return your product within 30 days of purchase with your proof of purchase to any Lincraft store. If the product is faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item, we will also refund the freight charges.

If you do not have proof of purchase when returning the item to a store Lincraft may, at its discretion, provide you with a credit note, repair or exchange to the current value of the goods.

We will require photo identification so that we can record your name
and verify your signature. Acceptable identification must also include
your full name and expiry date, for example, Australian driver's license
or passport. These details are held pursuant to our obligations under the Privacy Act.

Please note that Lincraft has the right to assess the age and condition
of returned goods prior to offering a credit note, repair or an exchange.

How do I get my refund?
Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. If a refund is required, it will also be processed as soon as the items have been received. Please provide a contact number as we will need to obtain your credit card details as our system doesn’t retain them for your privacy and security.
