Returns Policy

If the item you purchased is not what you ordered, is damaged, or you've just changed your mind, we will refund or exchange your goods. This offer excludes postage and handling on 'change of mind' returns and is only available if proof of purchase is provided. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. Change of mind refunds do no not apply to cut or lineal product such as fabric unless they are not what you ordered or faulty in someway.  If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, you will receive a full refund (including freight). Freight costs will not be refunded for 'change of mind' returns. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and generally within 3 days of receipt of the returned product.

There are two ways to obtain a refund or exchange for your online purchase:

POST

Mail the item back to: Lincraft Online- 60 Fulton Drive, Derrimut VIC 3030

The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your Proof of Purchase. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

IN STORE

Return the item to any Lincraft store within 30 days of receipt. It must be in the original packaging, undamaged, saleable and include your proof of purchase and the completed return form that was included with the product.
