Dried branches or sticks A jar or vase 2 sheets of felt - 1 pink, 1 white Low temperature glue gun Sharp scissor

Step 1 Protect your working space with newspaper or an old tea towel, and stand your branches up in a container that will hold them firmly in place. Step 2 Cut out felt shapes using the templates below. Nature is never perfect so don't worry if your shapes aren't either. Step 3 Warm up the glue gun and start with the little heart shapes - they will be your blossom buds. Put a small dob of glue in the middle of the heart and pinch it closed - some glue should find its way to the bottom of the heart point, so place the heart - open side down against a branch, applying pressure to the point of the heart to attach it firmly. Step 4 To make a blossom, apply a dob of glue to the middle of your flower shape. Lay 2 white stamens in the middle and pinch the flower to enclose the stamens in the middle and form it into a flower shape. Leave the flowers to cool slightly. Step 5 Attach the blossom flowers to the branches with a small amount of glue - applied to a flat edge and pressed to each branch. Several blossom grouped together will give a more realistic effect.
