 10 x Easy Knit 12 PLY 100g balls  1 pair 6mm knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension  piece of cardboard 15cm wide and crochet hook for fringe  wool needle for sewing in ends

Using 6mm needles and M, cast on 47 sts.

NOTE – 1 ridge in garter st equals two knit rows. Work 90 rows garter st (every row knit, first row is wrong side). Cast off loosely.

TO MAKE UP NOTE – We recommend using mattress stitch to sew up your Throw.

DO NOT PRESS. Following assembly diagram, join squares, alternating direction of garter ridges as indicated. Make fringe by wrapping C around piece of cardboard and cutting along one edge. Fold 6 strands in half and using crochet hook, draw loop through first garter ridge at lower corner, draw ends through loop and pull firmly.

TENSION: 15 sts and 30 rows to 10cm over garter st, using 6mm needles. To work a tension square, using 6mm needles, cast on 22 sts. Work 44 rows garter st (every row knit). Cast off loosely. Check your tension carefully. If less sts to 10cm use smaller needles, if more sts use larger needles.

NOTE – This Throw is worked on larger needles and at a looser tension than usually recommended for this yarn.Repeat in every 3rd garter ridge or stitch across lower edge. Work fringe in upper edge. Trim evenly.
